Elon Law School gets a new Director of Communications

Elon University School of Law in Greensboro has appointed David Hibbard as its director of communications. Hibbard will look after the Law School's communications matters including media relations, print publications, and the school's website.  Handling the University's news bureau since 2000 as director, Hibbard is well conversed with the local and regional media relations, penning stories for its publications and promoting the students' and faculties' work.   The University Poll results were also publicized by him.   The results appeared in many national media outlets as the CNN, The Washington Post, and San Francisco Chronicle.  In his tenure at the University, Hibbard was associated with the teams that won awards from the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) for effective media relations and publications programs.   He also served as staff liaison to Elon's National Alumni Executive Board's communications committee.
