Dear JD2B
Frightened Applicant
My LSAT score is 175, but on a comparative graph for Top 10 law schools, my GPA falls down to 3.5. What are my chances of getting into a Top 20 law school?

Dear Donohue,
That is a high LSAT score! The median LSAT score for students accepted to
Yale, the nation’s top university, is 171. However, GPA plays a central role in whether
you get accepted. A 3.5 GPA, depending on what school you attended, is also pretty high. I
think your chances of getting into a Top 20 law school are pretty much guaranteed.
