Hamdan attorney to join Emory Law faculty

FORMER NAVY lawyer Charles D. Swift, who was assigned to defend Osama bin Laden’s former driver, Salim Hamdan, on terrorism charges before a military commission, will join the Emory University Law School faculty this fall as a visiting professor and acting director of the school’s new International Humanitarian Law Clinic.
