First black female partner in key firm highlights need

(July 30, 2007) — The first African-American female partner at a key Rochester law firm. That's LaMarr Jackson, one of only three African-American lawyers who have achieved a partnership at majority-owned Rochester-area firms. And it just happened in 2007. Astounding.
