Ex-Enron CEO Skilling to Be Resentenced After Convictions Upheld
Judges from the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals in New Orleans have denied requests to overturn the convictions of Jeff Skilling, the former Enron Corp. CEO convicted in the energy giant's collapse. Although the convictions are upheld, his 24-year prison term was thrown out while judges ordered that he be resentenced.
