Free tax help available at area college campuses

Jennean Pondo heard a few years ago from a friend that Valparaiso University law students were offering tax preparations.
The program, sponsored by the Internal Revenue Service and offered by campuses throughout the region, made sense to Pondo, who lives in Merrillville and recently started a teaching job in Gary.
