William Mitchell student receives American Bar Association award

A William Mitchell student has received the 7th Annual Law Student Writing Competition Award from the American Bar Association (ABA) Section of Health Law. Lauren Nuffort, a third-year, part-time student, received the award for her paper on the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008, which prohibits discrimination in health insurance and employment based on a person’s genetic make-up.
