I have a modest proposal. Now that Southern New England School of Law has become a Massachusetts state school, with classrooms across Faunce Corner Road from Sheriff Tom Hodgson’s Bristol County House of Correction, can we get the sheriff into a convenient cost-free course in constitutional law?
