Tech law advocacy program top in U.S.

The Texas Tech School of Law's advocacy program is officially considered the best in the country, a tally released Tuesday shows.

Tech's moot court teams, groups of students who compete against other schools in various courtroom simulations, have won enough regional and national victories this year to put them atop a list of 133 other U.S. law schools.
