Thank you. I agree. The website focuses on changing Georgia's archaic domestic laws. Unfortunately, it is based on my one-sided custody trial where I alleged from day one that John Marshall Law School (Atlanta) was interfering in my custody trial, supported by numerous facts referenced on that website, in an attempt to force me to dismiss a pending federal lawsuit against John Marshall Law School (Atlanta).

My “trial” exposed the worst of all of the injustices which can occur which a non-moneyed, non-represented spouse, and her family suffers when I forced to try a case against four “professionals” with seemingly unlimited financial and legal resources.

I’ll soon have the original complaint filed against John Marshall Law School (Atlanta) April 2007 on a separate website to keep these issues separate. However, the complaint filed in federal court regarding John Marshall Law School’s interference in my custody trial (1:06-CV-1339) is available on the website, but that complaint has been recently amended.

After I perform some additional work on the website to include polls, links to media organizations, and email directories for Georgia lawmakers, I will update the site by April 19, 2007.

I appreciate any support. I feel like I’m alone and that no one really cares. The Supreme Court of Georgia recently issued only a summary denial of my appeal which alleged the recent Order in the Douglas County Juvenile Court was both “illegal” and “immoral”, the father didn’t refute the factual or legal arguments, but the Supreme Court didn’t care…..

Someone has to care because what happened to me, happens to any spouse who is up against “professionals” who have a duty of zealous representation, rather than of justice and truth seeking, the duty for District Attorney’s. In my case, the attorney’s have a pecuniary interest in destroying my character and my family because they are defendants in 1:06-CV-1339.
